BERGQUIST SIL PAD TSP PPK1300, polyester-based, thermal insulating material
BERGQUIST® SIL PAD TSP PPK1300 is a thin film composite film coated with polyester resin. The material provides excellent thermal performance for critical applications, with a thermal resistance of 0.2°C-in2/W while having excellent dielectric strength.
Henkel's polyester-type thermal insulators provide a complete range of materials for silicone-sensitive applications. SIL Pads are ideal for applications that require conformal coatings, or silicon contamination (such as telecommunications and certain aerospace applications). One side of the glass fiber carrier or film carrier of SIL Pads is coated with a ceramic-filled polyester resin. The SIL PAD family provides a complete range of performance features to match each application.
