The thermal insulation elastic rubber adopts silicone rubber substrate and ceramic particles such as boron nitride and alumina as fillers, which have very good thermal conductivity. If the pressure is high, the thermal conductivity will be strong. Generally, the pressure of heat-conducting materials is 5-100psi, and the installation pressure of most radiators will not exceed 250psi.
Alumina thermal conductive rubber: with good thermal conductivity and beautiful appearance, it is widely used for heat dissipation of communication and other products.
Boron nitride thermal conductive rubber: excellent thermal conductivity, suitable for heat dissipation of high-power devices. Under the same conditions, compared with ordinary thermal conductive materials, the device temperature can be reduced by more than 20 ℃.
Precautions for use:
The above thermal insulation materials are based on silicone rubber. When in use, the heat dissipation surface shall be smooth and clean without burrs, so as not to puncture the rubber sheet and damage the insulation. The smaller the thermal resistance of the heat-conducting material, the shorter the stabilization time and the lower the stabilization temperature. The use of heat-conductive insulating sheets does not need to be supplemented by other materials.
Phase change thermal insulation material is mainly used for high-performance microprocessors and heating elements requiring very low thermal resistance to ensure good heat dissipation. Phase change thermal conductive insulating materials will undergo phase change at about 45 ~ 50 ℃. Under the action of pressure, it flows into and fills the irregular gap between the heating body and the radiator to squeeze out the air to form a good thermally conductive interface.
